Refund Policy

At Jawharet Almaaly For import and export, we care about customer satisfaction and aim to provide the best experience possible. If you wish to cancel your booking or request a refund, please refer to the following refund policy:

• Within the first 24 hours of payment: You are entitled to a 70% refund of the paid amount.

• Between 24 and 72 hours of payment: You are entitled to a 50% refund.

• After 72 hours of payment: No refund will be issued.

Please note that any bank fees or transaction charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
